By accessing or using Serphiq, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you use the service on behalf of a business, client, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these terms.

Serphiq is intended for users who can lawfully enter into these terms.

If you are under the age required to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you may use the service only with appropriate supervision and permission from a parent, guardian, or authorized organization. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated.

Serphiq is an AI-assisted SEO analysis and prioritization product.

It may crawl public website content, process project inputs, generate reports, provide recommendations, organize opportunities, surface workflow suggestions, and use connected signals such as Google Search Console where you explicitly authorize access. The service is offered on an informational and decision-support basis only.

You agree not to submit false, misleading, unlawful, or harmful content; misuse connected accounts; impersonate another person or entity; interfere with service reliability; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or automate against the platform outside the intended workflow; or violate applicable law, contractual obligations, or third-party rights.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for the service, abuse integrations, or attempt to manipulate billing, reporting, or platform behavior unfairly.

We do not guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic, leads, conversions, revenue, backlinks, keyword growth, or any business result.

Search performance depends on many outside variables, including implementation quality, competitive environment, product quality, search engine behavior, site history, and time.

Nothing in the service, marketing, onboarding, or support should be interpreted as a promise of immediate results.

Recommendations may take time to implement, test, index, and validate, and some may not produce the outcome you hoped for.

You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to act on recommendations, for maintaining lawful rights to the websites and accounts you connect, and for ensuring that any implementation fits your legal, contractual, regulatory, and operational obligations.

All content, software, report structure, interface elements, branding, text, layouts, logic, visual assets, and product workflows in Serphiq are owned by Aminik Solutions LLP or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the service or its protected materials except as expressly allowed in writing. Serphiq and its related brand presentation are independent product assets of Aminik Solutions LLP.

Paid plans are billed per project through our payment providers.

Billing cadence, plan limits, and renewal timing depend on the selected plan and provider configuration. If a subscription is cancelled, access generally remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated by the payment provider or required by law.

Payments may be subject to the rules, approvals, and dispute processes of the payment provider.

Unless required by applicable law or explicitly promised in writing, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.

From time to time, we may offer temporary unlocks, free access, credits, early access, research incentives, or other non-monetary benefits tied to promotions, feedback participation, or product testing.

These rewards are optional, limited, non-transferable, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and do not create any entitlement beyond the stated offer terms.

Your use of Serphiq is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may collect and process account data, project data, usage data, technical logs, support interactions, and connected-service data as described there. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit or connect any data you provide through the service.

Serphiq may link to or rely on third-party websites, APIs, analytics tools, hosting infrastructure, email systems, payment systems, or connected services.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, pricing, or behavior of third-party services, and your use of those services may be governed by their own terms.

If you submit feedback, testimonials, survey responses, bug reports, text, links, files, screenshots, or other materials to Serphiq, you grant Aminik Solutions LLP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, analyze, and display that material for product improvement, research, support, training, documentation, marketing, and communication purposes.

Where practical, we may anonymize, aggregate, summarize, or paraphrase such material. You confirm that you own or control the rights needed to submit it and that your submission does not violate the rights of others.

We may invite users to participate in product interviews, surveys, usability tests, research exercises, or advisory feedback.

Participation is voluntary. Any benefit or reward offered for participation is for participation only and not for providing positive feedback, endorsements, or specific outcomes. We may determine eligibility, prevent abuse, and revoke rewards where misuse or automation is suspected.

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, credential misuse, unauthorized access, bulk exploitation outside the intended workflow, or anything that threatens infrastructure, provider relationships, or the safety of other users.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access where needed to protect the service.

Parts of the service depend on third-party providers and APIs.

We are not responsible for outages, changes, data restrictions, pricing changes, or policy changes imposed by those third parties.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aminik Solutions LLP and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.

To the extent liability cannot be fully excluded, the total aggregate liability of Aminik Solutions LLP for claims arising out of or related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to Serphiq for the affected project during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aminik Solutions LLP from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, your implementation decisions, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, create risk for the service or others, or if continued access is not operationally or legally appropriate. Termination does not automatically erase records we must retain for billing, audit, abuse-prevention, legal, or provider-compliance reasons.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, pricing, limits, connected workflows, or parts of the service at any time.

We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means the revised terms apply going forward.

Serphiq is an independent product of Aminik Solutions LLP, an LLP registered in India with LLP Identification Number AAW-5036 and GST number 07ABUFA7954N1ZG.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
