No. The Serphiq affiliate program is intentionally manual during this phase. We review referred customers, commission eligibility, refunds, chargebacks, and partner terms before any payout is approved, so there are no automatic payout integrations or instant withdrawals right now.
When do affiliates get paid?
Approved commissions are paid manually on a monthly review cycle. A referral first needs to become a verified paid customer, then pass the review/refund window. Once the conversion is approved, Serphiq coordinates the external payout using the agreed method and terms.
Can anyone join?
No. This is a private partner program, not an open self-serve affiliate system. Serphiq reviews each application manually and approves partners who have a relevant audience, client base, or advisory relationship with business owners who could genuinely benefit from practical SEO recommendations.
How are referrals tracked?
After approval, Serphiq creates a unique affiliate code and tracking links manually. Partners can use clean /a/code links or ?ref=code links, and Serphiq tracks visits, signups, and paid conversions connected to those links. Tracking helps with review, but commissions are still approved manually before payout.
Can I negotiate custom terms?
Yes. Standard commission ranges are a starting point, and custom terms can be discussed for strong partners with a clear audience, high-quality referrals, agency relationships, or a thoughtful promotion plan. Any custom rate, payout timing, or campaign arrangement must be agreed before promotion begins.
Are self-referrals allowed?
No. Self-referrals are not eligible for commission, including referrals for your own account, your own company, or accounts created mainly to trigger a payout. Fake signups, duplicate accounts, coupon abuse, and referral manipulation can lead to commission reversal or removal from the program.
Can I run paid ads?
Only with written approval from Serphiq. Partners should not bid on Serphiq brand terms, misspellings, competitor-style comparison ads, or coupon/deal traffic unless it has been approved. Ads must be honest, must not imply promised SEO outcomes or income, and must not make the partner look like an official Serphiq account.
