Mistake one: doing too much at once
One of the most common SEO mistakes is trying to fix everything at the same time.
Teams open a report, see dozens of ideas, and start touching random pages. The result is scattered work with little compounding value. Some tasks get half finished. Others get done simply because they were easy. Meanwhile, the bigger opportunities remain untouched. SEO works better when effort is concentrated. A smaller number of meaningful changes usually beats a larger number of disconnected updates.
